Last week, former NHL player Derek Boogaard was found dead inside his Minneapolis apartment, today it was revealed via media release that the "cause of death is mixed alcohol and oxycodone toxicity" and that it was added that death was an accident. The report also stated that no other details will be provided.The funeral will take place in Regina at the RCMP Depot on Saturday May 21st
